We're Hiring | Record to Report (R2R) – Finance & Accounting

We are looking for talented R2R / General Ledger Accountants to join our Finance & Accounting team.

Multiple Levels Open:

• Associate – 6 months to 3 years

• Senior Associate – 3 to 6 years

• Assistant Team Lead

• Team Lead

• Assistant Manager

• Manager

• Senior Manager

Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports

• Prepare, post, and review journal entries in the General Ledger

• Perform bank reconciliations and transaction analysis

• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities

• Review expenses, invoices, payroll entries, and budgets

• Manage fixed assets and asset capitalization

• Maintain accounting controls and monitor expenditure trends

• Support internal and external audits

• Coordinate with Property Managers for pre-close and close activities

• Prepare financial and operational reports for management

Education

B.Com is mandatory

M.Com / Master's qualification is an added advantage

BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. and other non-commerce bachelor's degrees are not eligible

Required Experience & Skills

• R2R / General Ledger / Staff Accounting experience





• Experience in a global organization preferred

• Robust knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles

• Financial reporting and account reconciliation

• Journal entries and General Ledger accounting

• Month-end / year-end closing

• Fixed assets and capitalization

• Bank reconciliation and audit support

Shift

US Night Shift

Shift start time: Anytime between 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM

️ 9 working hours
