About Treasury Operations
Treasury Operations handles all the operational activities for Treasury Products. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of deal acceptance, verification, settlement, accounting valuation, reconciliation and MIS relating to all Treasury Products for Domestic as well as international branches. They are also responsible for payment via RTGS and NEFT as well as custodial services which includes custody settlement, client onboarding and fund accounting.

The team is responsible for ensuring processing and settlement of Forward Contract transactions and Reconciliation of these accounts
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to prescribed TAT for across the product line

Timely compliance of SOX & Credit Audit with closure of observations

Drive Digital Initiatives for smoother operations and reduction in turnaround time and improve efficiency

Meet the defined EGRC Score,



Well Controlled Processes & % Controls Automated

Effective co-ordination with WB Service team, CBO, WBP & Business departments and guidance to branches, monitoring of Compliance Pending, Non Compliance Queue, Interaction IDs in TALISMA/CRM, Outstanding entries in office accounts and Closure of these cases promptly

Reduction of NFTR within defined limits

Zero loss due to frauds & operational risks and take preventive measures

Error-free processing of transactions

Achieve defined %age NSTP automation and improve productivity

Ensure error free transactions resulting in zero loss of revenue

Guide & train team members to manage activities efficently

Qualifications

Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute

2-5 years of relevant work experience

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of industry and product trends

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Valuable communication (both verbal and written) skill

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Basic Knowledge of Forex - Nostro, Vostro
