JOB DESCRIPTION

A creative communications professional who combines graphic design, content creation, and strategic communications skills to deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness campaigns that drive employee understanding, engagement, and secure behaviors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write and edit explicit, engaging copy for newsletters, articles, company-wide emails, security alerts, and presentations.
- Design visually compelling assets-infographics, posters, digital banners, and decks-using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
- Create short-form multimedia content (explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive learning elements) to increase engagement.
- Publish and maintain content across enterprise channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and internal portals.
- Support major awareness initiatives, signature events (such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month), webinars, and gamified challenges.
- Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel awareness campaigns that simplify complex cybersecurity topics and drive secure employee behaviors.
- Partner with technical security teams to translate real-world threats into practical, actionable employee guidance.




- Track campaign reach and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Good graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Ability to turn technical topics into simple, engaging content
- Experience with internal communications, PR, or awareness campaigns
- Strong visual storytelling and branding awareness
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or technical communications
- Knowledge of communication best practices, storytelling techniques, and employee engagement principles.
- Editorial mindset with strong attention to grammar, tone, consistency, and brand voice.
- Strong written communication, with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.
