Assistant/Deputy Manager – Corporate Relations & Career Services

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, law firms, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Develop new recruiters and business partnerships for placements and internships.
- Manage campus recruitment and internship opportunities.
- Facilitate industry interactions, guest sessions, live projects, and corporate engagements.
- Leverage alumni and professional networks to create career opportunities.
- Track recruitment trends and identify new opportunities for students.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing recruiters and ensure repeat engagement.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Management, Business, HR, Law, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, placements, career services, recruitment, or industry engagement.
- Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience working with corporates, law firms, or higher education institutions will be preferred.
