Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Executive to support our recruitment operations, finance administration, client/vendor coordination, and day-to-day business activities. Candidates with career break may apply too.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and administration
- Maintain candidate, contractor, employee, and recruitment records
- Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
- Track candidate and contractor status throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage timesheets, invoices, billing, and payment tracking
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities
- Verify invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and timesheets
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding outstanding payments and billing queries
- Assist with financial reconciliation, expense tracking, and monthly reporting
- Prepare recruitment and finance reports for management
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, clients, vendors, and internal finance teams

Qualification & Experience

- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.




- Experience in recruitment operations, staffing, finance administration, or a similar role
- Understanding of invoicing, billing, AR/AP, and reconciliation
- Strong MS Excel / Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
