TrueFoundry is building the infrastructure layer for teams building and running AI applications in production.

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive adoption of our AI Gateway and Agent Harness.

Your job is simple: get more developers to discover TrueFoundry, reach value quickly, keep using the product, and bring their teams with them.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, developer experience, and GTM. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, developer relations, sales, and customers to identify what is stopping adoption and fix it.

What you'll own

1. Self-serve adoption

Make it incredibly easy for developers to discover TrueFoundry, try the product, and get to value quickly. Own the experience across signup, onboarding, integrations, docs, migration, and activation.

2. Growth of AI Gateway and Agent Harness

Identify what drives adoption, usage, and retention across both products. Work closely with engineering to improve the product experience, remove friction, and build the features and workflows that developers genuinely want to use.

3. Product-led growth loops

Find ways for growth to compound through the product itself. This could come from team collaboration, integrations, open source, templates, community, migration flows, or usage naturally expanding as developers build more with TrueFoundry.

4. Growth insights and experimentation

Own the funnel from discovery to activation, retention, and expansion. Combine product analytics, user conversations, GitHub and community signals, and market insights to identify bottlenecks and run rapid experiments to solve them.

You should be comfortable moving from a user insight or hypothesis to a shipped experiment quickly, then using data and feedback to decide what to do next.

What we're looking for

You'll likely be great at this if:

- You have very strong product intuition and understand how developers evaluate and adopt new tools.
- You can get technically deep into APIs, SDKs, gateways, LLMs, agents, MCP, and infrastructure.
- You naturally think about activation, retention, distribution, and product loops.
- You are analytical and comfortable digging into product data yourself.
- You talk to users frequently and turn those conversations into strong product insights.
- You move quickly and are comfortable running experiments in ambiguous environments.
- You have strong written and verbal communication.
- You follow the AI ecosystem closely and are curious about how developer behavior is evolving.
- You study great developer products and understand why companies like Stripe, Vercel, PostHog, Supabase, OpenRouter, and Linear grow.

You have 3 to 7 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, developer tools, infrastructure, AI, SaaS, or another technical product. We would equally consider a strong engineer, founder, developer growth operator, or product-minded generalist with exceptional product judgment and execution.

What success looks like

Within 6 to 12 months, we should see:

- More developers reaching value quickly
- Higher activation and retention across Gateway and Agent Harness
- Growth in active developers and AI-native teams using TrueFoundry
- Repeatable product-led acquisition and expansion loops
- A clear understanding of where users drop off and why
- Faster experimentation across product, onboarding, and distribution
- Stronger organic developer-to-developer adoption
