Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate phonics and public speaking sessions for learners across different age groups in the Indian region. Responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting live online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development in pronunciation, reading fluency, voice modulation, and stage confidence. The role involves collaborating with academic teams to refine curriculum, creating interactive learning materials, and maintaining high standards of learner engagement and safety in virtual classrooms. This is a full-time remote role,



requiring consistent availability, professional communication with learners and families, and adherence to the institution's academic and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, English language fundamentals, and spoken English suitable for diverse age groups.
- Demonstrated skills in public speaking, presentation, voice modulation, and confidence-building techniques for learners.
- Experience in online teaching, classroom management in virtual environments, and use of digital learning platforms and tools.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create learning resources, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric approach and cultural sensitivity for Indian region audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field; relevant certifications in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience training children, adolescents, or adults in language and communication skills in an educational or training setup.
- Reliable internet connectivity, comfort with remote work, and strong time management and organizational skills.
