Role Overview

On behalf of our client, we are looking for fast-paced, high-energy AI Video Editors to handle short-form video creation, social media ads, and promotional content. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-output environment, understands viral editing hooks, and utilizes modern AI video tools to build high-converting content.

Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Video & Ad Creation: Design, edit, and produce engaging 15–30 second video ads, short-form reels, and social media promotional clips daily.
- High-Volume Deliverables: Deliver a daily target of up to 15 approved, quality-checked 15–30 second videos per day working closely with the Social Media Manager.
- Hooks & Visual Engagement: Build retention hooks within the first 3 seconds, incorporating dynamic captions, visual effects, overlays, and AI-generated voiceovers.
- Brand & Creative Compliance:



Follow client creative briefs, brand guidelines, licensing rules, and digital ad policies.
- Workflow Management: Maintain clear asset organization, template libraries, and daily production logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Tools & Software: Proficiency in standard video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) combined with hands-on experience using generative AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Pika, HeyGen, or similar).
- Speed & Output Focus: Proven ability to create high-volume short-form edits (15–30 sec duration) rapidly without compromising on visual storytelling or brand alignment.
- Ad & Social Sense: Deep understanding of vertical video formats (9:16), up-to-date pacing trends, sound design, and social media ad performance.
- Workplace Location: Ability to work on-site out of our client's office space located in Sector 142, Noida.
