Job Description

A. Marketing Campaign & Content Execution 1. Implement marketing campaigns across print, digital, and events as per the marketing plan. 2. Coordinate with creative, event, digital, and research agencies to develop marketing materials. 3. Produce and coordinate content for videos, social media, advertisements, brochures, and blog posts. 4. Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent posting and track engagement across all social media platforms. B. Exhibitions & Events 1. Coordinate all aspects of exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and trade shows from vendor selection and stall setup to logistics and team coordination. 2. Arrange and manage marketing materials for events (leaflets, brochures, display boards, digital content). 3. Support event-day execution, including on-ground coordination and lead capture. C. Sales & Business Development Support 1. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events. 2. Nurture relationships with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline. 3.



Liaise with the sales team to ensure leads are properly handed over and tracked. 4. Meet or exceed agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets. D. Research, Reporting & Market Insights 1. Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and marketing strategy. 2. Track marketing and sales performance metrics (lead conversion, campaign ROI, revenue from marketing leads). 3. Prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Education Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM/Marketing

Behavioural Profile

1. Robust organizational and coordination skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics. 5. Basic analytical skills to interpret campaign data.

Desired Skills

Experience in exhibitions, vendor coordination, and industrial sectors (Pharma, Chemicals, Paint, Water, or Construction Chemicals)
