Roles & responsibilities

We are looking for individuals with 2-7 years of FS consulting with the primary skill being Capital Market and FS Data.

Base Requirements:

•Candidates with an experience in any one or more of the Financial Industry (Banking/ Capital Market / Asset Management / Wealth management)

•Proven delivery across diverse client engagements; adaptable to new project types and domains

•Experience working with US and UK stakeholders; effective across time zones and cultures.

•Ability to manage onshore stakeholder relationships and global projects, communicate with clarity and executive presence, facilitate workshops, and influence outcomes.

•Candidate should be comfortable navigating complex trading platforms, working with front, middle and back-office teams, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions

•Exposure to alternative investment platforms (e.g., 73 Strings, Allvue, eFront,



Investran, iLEVEL, DealCloud, Yardi Voyager, Wall Street Office, etc.) and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx/SQL)

•Experience of having worked in a consulting profile or advisory firms like Big 4 preferably on transformation projects

•Nature of the projects include (but not limited to):

•Process design and optimization including regulatory processes, operational excellence & transformation across the value chain – front office, middle office and back office

•Design and implementation of target operating model transformations (systems, processes, controls etc.)

Role : Key Focus on FS Operations and Transformations projects

•Basic to Intermediate level understanding or experience in Front, Middle or Back-office operations pertaining to Asset Management, Wealth Management and Banking clients

•Alternative Investments domain experience across Private Equity / Private Credit / Direct Lending / Hedge Funds / Real Estate / Infrastructure / Non‑traditional asset classes

•Exposure to wealth / asset management operating models is an added advantage

•Hands-on delivery in allocations, reconciliations, and fund assessments, with structured issue management and stakeholder updates.

•Experience supporting TOM / platform implementation & optimization and fund administration / asset servicing process improvements
