Job Responsibilities

- Call and engage with existing customers to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Take regular customer feedback and understand their experience.
- Make renewal reminder calls and follow up with customers before their service/subscription expires.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance or coordinate with the relevant team.




- Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upgrades, or additional services where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and unresolved concerns.
- Achieve defined customer retention, renewal, and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills, especially verbal communication.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US customers.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Telecalling, Retention, Renewal, or International Voice Process will be preferred.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts and from the Noida office.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
