Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fabric Sourcing Executive to manage and streamline our end-to-end fabric procurement process. In this role, you will identify and evaluate top-tier suppliers, manage quality compliance, align with internal merchandising teams, and ensure seamless delivery from placement to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and international fabric mills based on pricing, quality, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all fabrics meet buyer specifications (including GSM, shrinkage, and colorfastness) and monitor fabric testing standards and parameters throughout production.
- Sampling & Approvals: Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample yardage to secure timely buyer approvals.




- Order & Supply Chain Tracking: Track fabric production from purchase order placement through to final shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate closely with the merchandising team on target costing, cost optimization, and overall sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Sourcing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fabric sourcing, vendor management, and textile testing/quality standards.
- Solid understanding of local and international mill networks.
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
