Roles And Responsibility

B2C delivery

 Manage last-mile partnersforfurniture and decor: parcel, heavy/bulky, andwhite-glove

delivery-and-assembly

 Maintain serviceability and delivery-timeline data by pincode and product class — this

feeds what a customer sees at checkout

 Run NDR, RTO and returns: pickup, condition check, restock orsellerreturn

 Track damage rate on fragile items and enforce packaging standards on sellers

B2B / trade delivery

 Project freight: LTL, FTL, part-load, and consolidating multiple sellers into one site

delivery

 Site coordination — delivery windows, unloading, installation handover, phased

dispatch against project schedules

 Negotiate and manage carrier and fleet contracts

Seller operations

 Onboard sellers onto ourshipping process;set their pickup SLA, packaging spec and

dispatch obligations

 Track sellerfulfilment performance and raise chargebacksfor delays and damage

 Feed recurring problems to engineering so they become rules in the ERP

Export

 Run export documentation end to end: IEC, AD code, LUT, HS classification, COO,

shipping bill, invoice and packing list





 Manage our CHA and freight forwarders day to day (we prefer FedEx/DHL-class

integrated networks over piecemeal forwarders)

 Build and maintain landed-cost sheets per SKU and per container for the US, UAE and

KSA across FOB, CIF and DDP

 Coordinate compliance requirements — BIS/QCO inbound, destination-market

standards outbound

Must have

 4–7 years in logistics orsupply chain

 Hands-on export documentation experience — you have personally prepared or

filed shipping documents, notjust watched someone do it

 Working knowledge of Incoterms and HS classification

 E-commerce or D2C last-mile experience, including RTO and returns handling

 Experience with bulky or fragile categories — furniture, appliances, ceramics, lighting,

building materials, glass

 Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable in a WMS or ERP

Strongplus

 Both e-commerce last-mile and project/heavy freight in the same CV

 India–GCC orIndia–US lane experience

 Marketplace-side experience managing third-party sellers dispatch

 Has negotiated a carrier rate card and can quote the saving
