Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs or projects. This role requires coordinating various phases of project execution within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless integration of tasks and resources.

The practitioner actively monitors project progress, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and supports the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and adapting plans to meet evolving project needs, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and accountability.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple project components effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange among diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
- Capability to adapt to dynamic project environments and implement process improvements as needed.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
