About the Role

7H Studios is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, motion and visual storytelling — someone who can take an idea from a static frame to a polished, engaging piece of video content.

This is also a role for someone excited about where video production is headed.

Generative AI is becoming an important part of our production workflow, and we’re looking for a designer who already experiments with AI tools and understands how to combine them with traditional motion graphics and editing workflows.

What You’ll Do

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, titles, typography, transitions and visual sequences
- Create graphics and animations for brand films, corporate videos, social content, digital campaigns and other video projects
- Work primarily with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Take creative direction and translate it into polished motion design
- Work closely with directors, editors and the wider creative team
- Develop visual concepts, style frames and animation approaches for projects
- Integrate Generative AI tools into video and motion-design workflows
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

- Strong professional experience in Motion Graphics / Motion Design
- Excellent command of Adobe After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro




- A solid understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing and visual storytelling
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion design work
- Experience working with Generative AI for video and visual content
- Ability to take AI-generated outputs and integrate them seamlessly into a professional After Effects / Premiere Pro workflow
- Someone who actively keeps up with new developments in AI, video and creative technology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects
- Motivated, curious and willing to experiment rather than relying on the same creative solutions every time

- AI Image Generation
- Sound Design
