We are looking for a Chartered Accountant Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team.

The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, compliance, and business finance.

Job Summary

The candidate will support the Finance & Accounts function and work closely with the finance team and management on accounting, reconciliations, taxation, reporting, audit, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and verification of input tax credit.
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing required schedules and documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and assist with ageing analysis.
- Assist in cash-flow monitoring and preparation of financial reports.
- Analyse expenses, revenue, and profitability and highlight significant variances.




- Support budgeting, forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analysis.
- Assist in reviewing vendor invoices, customer billing, payments, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Procurement, and HR for finance-related requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting.
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and income-tax compliance.
- Good command of MS Excel;

knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis

- Knowledge of Tally or ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Recently qualified CA / CA Fresher.
- Candidates with relevant articleship experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or finance will be preferred.
- Exposure to GST, statutory audit, internal audit, MIS, or financial reporting is an advantage.
- Candidates interested in building a career in corporate finance and business finance are encouraged to apply.
