We are looking for professionals with a Project Management or Service Delivery background who have strong customer-facing experience and the potential to transition into a Customer Success Manager role.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

/n

/n

We're looking for professionals who have experience in:

/n

/n

✅ Managing enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure environment

/n

✅ Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement

/n

✅ NOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains

/n

✅ Driving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction

/n

✅ Conducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

/n





✅ Working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders

/n

/n

Preferred Background:

/n

/n

- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Success

/n

- Experience with System Integrators (SI) or Managed Services organizations

/n

- Strong understanding of ITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Retention

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

/n

/n
