- 5+ years of experience in ECM Administration

- Hands-on experience with IBM File Net administration and support
/n
- Expertise in installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
/n
- Solid production support and incident management experience
/n
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and database concepts
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
/n
/n
Preferred:
/n
Experience with IBM Content Manager, Case Manager, or related ECM technologies
/n
Scripting and automation experience
/n
ITIL-based support experience
/n
