Company Description Maritime Support Solutions is a BPO Service provider with a technology department. The Technology department is focused on looking at ways to used current commercially available technologies to help small and medium sized companies attain higher level of automation.

Role Description Jr. Information Technology Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, India. The administrator will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring IT systems. Daily tasks include supporting network and software administration activities, helping resolve technical issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems when needed.

This role involves regular interaction with internal users to provide responsive, customer-focused IT support and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications





- Foundational knowledge in Information Technology, including computer systems, operating systems, and basic IT support practices.
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve common technical issues efficiently.
- Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with users and provide helpful, respectful support.
- Recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work collaboratively within a professional team.
- Knowledge of basic SQL scripting and SQL database
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security best practices; experience in a corporate or service-oriented workplace is an advantage.
