As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of configuration changes and customizations.
- Continuously monitor and improve software configuration processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models and schemas within Snowflake environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to Snowflake.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security within Snowflake.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and best practices for scalable data warehousing solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
