and Telecom domain teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.Required Skills :- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM), especially in Telecommunications (SOMT) context.- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.- Understanding of telecom order lifecycle, product/service decomposition, and fulfillment orchestration.- Experience integrating with OSS/BSS, network inventory, and provisioning systems.- Familiarity with ServiceNow Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) industry solutions.- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
