Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Open Text Expert / Technical Support & Configuration Specialist for a strategic enterprise technology engagement with a leading global client.

This role focuses on the implementation, integration, configuration, technical support and ongoing maintenance of Open Text solutions within an HR IT landscape, including integrations with SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM.

The opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Open Text Content Server, Extended ECM, HR document management, system configuration, SAP integration, troubleshooting and enterprise application support.

Role Overview

As an Open Text Expert, you will support the implementation and operation of Open Text solutions used for enterprise HR document management.

You will be responsible for configuring workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle processes, supporting integrations with SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM, resolving technical issues, supporting upgrades and ensuring the platform meets security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and deployment of Open Text for HR document management.




- Integrate Open Text solutions with SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM.
- Configure workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management.
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support for Open Text-related issues.
- Analyse technical problems and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.
- Manage system updates, patches and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop technical documentation and user training materials.
- Support end users with technical queries and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure appropriate data security, access control and GDPR compliance.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Open Text implementation, configuration and support.
- Experience with Open Text Content Server, Extended ECM or similar Open Text modules.
- Understanding of SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM.
- Experience or understanding of HR document management integrations.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management.
- Ability to support enterprise applications in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

The JD specifies 3+ years of hands-on Open Text implementation, configuration and support experience,



within an overall experience expectation of 6–8 years.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with APIs, Boomi, SAP CPI or other middleware technologies.
- Open Text or SAP-related certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based document management systems.
- Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who combine strong Open Text technical expertise with a good understanding of enterprise HR systems and document management.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with HR IT teams, application teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.

Experience in enterprise environments involving SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM and Open Text will be highly relevant.
