- Drive revenue generation, recent customer acquisition, and overall sales targets for multiple branches.
- Supervise daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit standards.
- Guide and motivate Branch Managers and sales staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs.
- Monitor loan processing, maintain asset quality, control Non -Performing Assets (NPAs), and improve collection efficiency.
- Conduct market scoping, analyze local trends, and initiate promotional campaigns to increase market share.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector
