Responsibilities

- Review and manage student refund requests from initiation through closure.
- Verify supporting information and coordinate with finance, operations, admissions, and other internal teams to ensure accurate processing.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students regarding refund status, timelines, documentation, and next steps.
- Coordinate with universities and business partners to resolve discrepancies, obtain confirmations, and keep cases moving within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized records of requests, approvals, transactions, follow-ups, and final resolutions.
- Track pending cases, proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders,



and escalate delays or complex issues appropriately.
- Identify recurring issues and share practical process-improvement suggestions with the team.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in client relations, customer support, refunds, operations, education services, or a closely related function.
- Strong organization, ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach to student concerns.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders while managing confidential information responsibly.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, email communication, case tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Ernakulam, Kerala, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
