Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open roles.
- Help schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure that employee information is organised accurately.
- Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and communication updates as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support day-to-day HR activities.




- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other people-related projects.

Requirements

- Suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience who are interested in starting a career in human resources and recruitment.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Good organisational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, documentation, and online communication tools is helpful.
- A proactive attitude, confidentiality, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential.
- This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship in Delhi for a duration of 3 months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹2,000–₹5,000.
