Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT positions from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles based on job requirements and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status, and recruitment MIS.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure smooth joining.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Naukri / Linked In recruitment
- Boolean & keyword search
- Candidate communication & negotiation
- Interview coordination
- Good knowledge of Excel / ATS
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach
