Workday Consultant – Integration & Production Support

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specializing in Integration and Production Support to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Workday Studio, RaaS, and Core Connectors to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions. You will serve as a key technical resource responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting complex production issues, and facilitating seamless data flow across enterprise applications, with a specific focus on Procurement integrations such as Punch Out and cXML.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio and various integration patterns.

- Manage production support activities including system monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, failure recovery, and data reprocessing.

- Independently investigate complex integration issues and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.

- Implement and maintain integrations for Procurement processes,



specifically focusing on Punch Out and cXML standards.

- Utilize Core Connectors, Web Services, and APIs to build scalable and efficient data exchange mechanisms.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure integration requirements align with business objectives across any Workday domain.

Requirements Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Workday Consultant with a strong focus on Integration and Production Support.

- Proven hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, RaaS (Report as a Service), Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs.

- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Specific experience with Procurement integrations, including proficiency in Punch Out and cXML protocols.

- Strong analytical skills with the capability to work effectively in a hybrid setting across Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Noida.

- Availability to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift with flexibility for EST overlap as required.
