Take shared responsibility for quality outcomes within datasets and model training materials, ensuring data quality and verification testing are effectively carried out.
Ensure quality is embedded from design through deployment, proactively identifying risks and gaps.
Drive process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
Help define and evolve quality standards for data testing, improving and creating current best practices and agreed metrics.
Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for:
o LLMs
o Engineered prompts
o Hallucination detection
o Data drift
o Bias direction
o Data distribution testing
o Functional testing
Learn and follow established programming best practices (e.g. designpatterns).
Assist with test data generation for golden datasets.
Communicate and present ideas across the wider business.
Work with multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographic locations.
