Job Skills:

H2R transformation (HR, People & Culture, Legal, Corporate Affairs), for end-to-end H2R solutions spanning recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning, workforce administration, compensation, payroll, benefits, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding. Provide architectural leadership for SAP Success Factors, SAP ECC/S/4HANA Human Capital Management, Service Now HRSD, and related HR technology platforms.

Required Experience & Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution architecture, and integration design.

- 5+ years of experience architecting H2R solutions within SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end Hire to Retire business processes and supporting technologies.

- Proven experience with SAP Success Factors modules including:

- Employee Central (EC)

- Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

- Recruiting Management (RCM)

- Onboarding 2.0

- Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM)

- Succession & Development

- Compensation

- Variable Pay





- Learning Management System (LMS)

- Workforce Analytics and Planning

- Time Management

- Employee Profile and Talent Card

- Experience integrating HR platforms with Service Now HR Service Delivery, Identity and Access Management solutions, Payroll systems, and enterprise applications.

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across HR, IT, and executive leadership.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a solution architect capacity

- Experience designing/building APIs

- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Success Factors platforms

- API management configuration and best practices

- Hands-on experience or certification in TOGAF a plus
