Position: Senior Net Suite Technical Consultant
Location: Hyderabad - Remote
Engagement Type: Full Time
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced customizations using Suite Script (1.0 & 2.x), Suite Talk (SOAP/REST web services), Suite Flow, and the Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF).

- Architecture & Design: Own the technical architecture for complex customizations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Net Suite best practices and governance limits.

- Integration Development: Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations between Net Suite and third-party systems (Salesforce, billing platforms, EDI, middleware such as Boomi, Mule Soft, or Workato).

- Code Review & Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and manage version control/deployment pipelines (SDF, CI/CD) across Sandbox and Production environments.

- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve script governance issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems in high-volume transactional environments.

- Solution Design: Translate functional requirements and solution design documents (SDDs) into technical specifications and working code.

- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code review support to junior developers on the team.

- AI & Automation: Evaluate and implement Net Suite's native AI capabilities (Suite Sense, etc.) and scripted automation to streamline financial and operational workflows.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Net Suite development experience, including full-lifecycle implementations and ongoing managed services/support.

- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Suite Script 2.x (and working knowledge of 1.0), strong Java Script fundamentals,



and deep understanding of the Net Suite data model, record types, and Suite Cloud platform architecture.

- APIs & Integration: Extensive experience with Suite Talk (REST/SOAP), RESTlets, Map/Reduce scripts, and third-party API integration patterns.

- Customization Tools: Advanced experience with Suite Builder, Suite Flow, Workflow Action scripts, Custom Records, and Saved Searches/SuiteQL.

- Workplace Management: Proven experience managing code deployments and configuration across Sandbox, Release Preview, and Production environments using SDF and bundle management.

- Consultative Mindset: Ability to advise on "out of the box" vs. custom development trade-offs, articulating ROI and long-term maintenance costs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Documentation: Strong ability to produce technical design documents, unit test plans, and deployment runbooks.

- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

- Certification: Net Suite Certified Suite Cloud Developer strongly preferred; Net Suite Certified ERP Consultant a plus.

Must-Have Experience:

- Deep understanding of ERP core business processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and financial management (GL, AR, AP)

- Advanced Suite Script 2.x development (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, Client, RESTlet scripts)

- Strong SQL/SuiteQL skills for complex reporting and data extraction

- Experience with Net Suite governance, script deployment records, and error handling/logging frameworks

- Experience building and troubleshooting inbound/outbound integrations at scale

- Experience with Advanced Financials (One World, intercompany elimination, financial reporting)

- Experience with Advanced Revenue Recognition

- Experience with tax engines (One Source or Net Suite native taxation)

- Experience supporting both greenfield implementations and post-go-live managed service
