Accountant

Location: Sanganer, Jaipur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits and budgeting activities.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial accounts and supporting the organization during audit and account-finalization activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

- Record and maintain all accounting transactions accurately.

- Handle fixed payments, variable expenses and bank-related transactions.

- Prepare year-end accounts.

- Prepare monthly management accounts.

- Handle GST-related accounting activities.

- Work on Tally Prime.

- Update accounting records on a day-to-day basis.

- Manage and coordinate the accounting team.

- Answer and resolve queries raised by auditors during finalization of accounts.





- Prepare and maintain accounting information required for financial reporting.

RequirementsRequirements

- 2+ years of experience in accounting.

- Knowledge of GST and Tally Prime.

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking.

- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

- Ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities accurately.

- Ability to coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries.

- Good team-handling and management skills.

Education

B. Com / M. Com / CA-Inter preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, strong knowledge of Tally Prime and GST, positive Excel skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and support account finalization.
