Celonis Developer Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Celonis Developer / Data Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) in Celonis. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in data engineering, ETL, data modeling, and pipeline optimization, along with the ability to develop and maintain Celonis process mining solutions.

Key Requirements

- Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) in Celonis Mandatory
- Celonis Developer with solid hands-on experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis.
- Strong experience in ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data model design.
- Experience in data pipeline development and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining and process analysis.
- Experience developing and maintaining Celonis data models, analyses, dashboards, and process applications.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Good understanding of business processes and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Celonis Process Mining solutions.
- Design and implement Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) solutions in Celonis.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines for Celonis data ingestion.
- Develop and maintain Celonis data models based on business requirements.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and integration from multiple source systems.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Create Celonis analyses,



dashboards, KPIs, and process applications.
- Analyze business processes and identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Troubleshoot data quality, pipeline, and process mining issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Celonis models and applications.
