We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, AI tools.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade solutions, developing critical components, providing technical leadership, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect modern, scalable, and responsive applications using Node.js for backend & React.js for frontend
- Define end-to-end application architecture, including frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects,



and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions.
- Present architecture designs and solution approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce technology standards, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while remaining hands-on with coding when required.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical design documents, API specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Design robust API architectures and integration strategies.
- Translate AI/GenAI and agentic innovation concepts into real-world enterprise applications with strong architectural patterns, security, and operational readiness.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and solution quality.
