Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan/financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Relationship Manager team for qualified leads and customer conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records and follow-up status in CRM/MIS.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information regarding loan processes.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Lead generation & telecalling
- Follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loans / NBFC / financial products
- CRM & MS Excel knowledge
