- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Forti Gate Firewalls.

- Administer and manage Forti Manager for centralized firewall management.

- Configure and troubleshoot Forti Switch devices and related network connectivity.

- Monitor network security infrastructure and identify potential issues.

- Perform incident troubleshooting and resolve network/security-related issues.

- Implement firewall policies, routing, NAT, VPN, and security configurations as required.

- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution and operational activities.

- Follow security and change-management processes while implementing network changes.

Requirements




- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

- Good hands-on knowledge of Forti Gate Firewall.

- Good knowledge of Forti Manager.

- Valuable knowledge of Forti Switch.

- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

- Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with technical teams.

- Fortinet NSE certification is an added advantage.

- CCNA certification is mandatory.
