- Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Forti Gate Firewall or any other firewall environments.

- Handle advanced firewall configurations, security policies, NAT, VPN, routing, and related security features.

- Troubleshoot complex Routing and Switching issues across enterprise network environments.

- Analyze and resolve critical network and security incidents within defined SLAs.

- Perform firewall configuration changes, upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities.

- Monitor network security infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.

- Work closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

- Review configurations and troubleshooting approaches to ensure adherence to technical and security standards.





- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, incidents, and solutions.

- Participate in major incident handling, change implementation, and infrastructure improvement activities.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical workplace.

- Fortinet NSE certification is mandatory or any-other relevant certifications.

- CCNA certification is mandatory.
