Job Description:

- Customer Experience & Styling:

- o Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting shopping environment.

- o Assist shoppers in selecting outfits, offering trend-aware advice and

- recommendations based on their personal style and fit preferences.

- o Provide active service in fitting rooms by retrieving sizes, matching

- accessories, and offering feedback.

- Sales & Store Operations:

- o Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets through cross-selling and

- upselling.

- o Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and

- gift card transactions.

- o Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism and

- tact.

- Merchandising & Inventory Control:

- o Assist in receiving,



unpacking, tagging, and steaming recent inventory arrivals.

- o Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping displays, mannequins,

- and clothing racks clean, organized, and fully stocked.

- o Perform stockroom organization and participate in regular inventory

- counts/audits.

- Store Upkeep:

- o Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap area clean, tidy, and

- organized throughout the day.

- o Monitor the floor for loss prevention and adhere to all safety and security

- protocols.
