Job Description

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a robust focus on the company's Meraki and Uni Fi network environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration.

- Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Uni Fi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment.

- Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling.

- Network configuration and setup for new and international office openings.

- Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

- Design, development, and execution of complex Power Shell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks.

- Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc.).

- Data migration via Share Gate / Microsoft Graph API scripting.

- Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

- Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions.

- Occasional international travel outside India, as required.

Qualifications





- You have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration.

- Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti Uni Fi network solutions is required.

- You have solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling.

- You have experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.

- You have strong scripting skills (Power Shell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration.

- You have a good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices.

- Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams.

- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support).

- Your key strengths include prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.

- You are proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented.

- You are willing to travel internationally outside India, as required.
