Job Description
• Work alongside the CTO to build and iterate on tech products using AI/vibe-coding tools (no traditional programming required) • Translate business logic and customer needs into explicit, structured prompts for AI-assisted product development • Visit partner clients to provide hands-on support for already-deployed products ( • Act as the first point of contact for customer/ product issues — diagnose the actual need, then articulate it clearly to the tech team for resolution • Map and improve customer/product journeys across client, candidate, and partner touchpoints • Feed field insights back into product decisions — you're the eyes and ears on the ground for the CTO
Requirements

• Excellent communication and articulation skills,



spoken and written • Strong logical and business reasoning — able to connect "what the customer wants" to "what needs to be built" • Comfortable learning to prompt AI tools effectively (training will be provided; curiosity matters more than prior exposure) • Willing to travel locally/regionally for client visits • Based in or willing to relocate to Surat. Nice-to-Haves • Prior exposure to ed-tech, school ecosystems, or customer-facing roles • Basic familiarity with AI tools even as an end-user • Interest in the intersection of business, education, and technology

Qualifications

• Any graduate — Business, English, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred
