Full-Stack Next.js Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Next.js Developer to work across our Next InHR and iSmart Recruit products.

The ideal candidate should be strong in Next.js/React, Java Script/Type Script, API development and databases, with a good understanding of frontend and backend development. Java/Spring Boot experience is a strong plus.

We are looking for someone who can use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Antigravity and similar tools effectively to build, modify, debug and improve production-quality code—rather than relying entirely on writing everything from scratch.

What You'll Do

- Build and enhance features using Next.js, React and Type Script.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.

- Work with existing Java/Spring Boot APIs and backend systems.

- Work with MySQL and third-party integrations.

- Improve application performance, UI/UX and reliability.

- Debug and solve issues across frontend, backend and database layers.

- Take ownership of features from development through production.

- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA and Dev Ops teams.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on development experience.





- Strong experience with Next.js and React.

- Good knowledge of Java Script/Type Script.

- Valuable hands-on API development experience.

- Understanding of backend development and databases.

- Java/Spring Boot experience is a strong advantage.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Comfortable working with existing codebases and improving them.

- Ability to effectively use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, Git Hub Copilot or similar tools.

- Product mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS, Docker, Elasticsearch, microservices, AI/LLM APIs or SaaS integrations will be an advantage.
