Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations, sales and business development activities.
- Drive loan disbursement, portfolio growth and revenue targets for the branch.
- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales/Relationship team to achieve business targets.
- Generate recent business through direct sales, DSA/DST channels, referrals and local market activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners and local business networks.
- Monitor the complete loan process including lead generation, login, documentation, approval and disbursement.
- Track branch performance through MIS and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, documentation, credit and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections and delinquency in coordination with relevant teams.
- Identify market opportunities and support expansion of the branch customer base.
