Maintenance Engineer Plant Equipment Maintenance Job Description Responsibilities/: Preventive & Predictive Maintenance/: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance schedules for hydraulic presses, CNC/VMC machines, molding lines, compressors, and utility equipment.
Breakdown Resolution & Root Cause Analysis/: Lead rapid emergency breakdown troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; execute 5/-Why and Fishbone analysis to eliminate recurring equipment failures. TPM & Equipment Reliability/: Drive Total Productive Maintenance /(TPM/) initiatives /(Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance/), track Mean Time Between Failures /(MTBF/) and Mean Time To Repair /(MTTR/), and support line OEE improvements.
Spare Parts & Inventory Control/: Maintain critical spare parts inventory levels, manage reorder points, verify replacement part quality, and optimize maintenance budget expenditures. EHS,



Statutory Compliance & Analytics/: Enforce Lockout/Tagout /(LOTO/) procedures, machine safety guards, and utility safety standards; track daily equipment uptime, breakdown hours, utility consumption, and maintenance costs using tracking spreadsheets.
