We’re looking for a talented Branding Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team and create engaging, high-impact brand creatives for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

- Understand creative briefs and brand requirements
- Conceptualise designs and come up with creative ideas and concepts
- Create static and motion creatives for social media, branding collaterals for events including digital banners, standees, merchandise, brochures, emailers and other marketing materials
- Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand guidelines
- Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final output

Skills/Qualifications

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery




- Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Figma (plus)
- Ability to create both static graphics and motion-led creatives
- Knowledge of AI design tools (must) for conceptualising and designing
- Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Self-learner who can quickly adapt to current tools and design trends
- Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design and motion work
