1. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (F&B;)

/n

Responsible for procurement of food, beverages, grocery, fresh produce, dairy, bakery products, kitchen supplies and related consumables, including vendor management, negotiations and cost optimization.

/n

1. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Maintenance)

/n

Responsible for procurement of electrical, HVAC, MEP, plumbing, mechanical, engineering spares, maintenance materials and AMC/service requirements.

/n

1. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – General Non-Medical Purchase

/n

Responsible for procurement of stationery, housekeeping items, uniforms, printing, furniture, office supplies, consumables and other general non-medical requirements.

/n

Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase (Civil Projects)

/n

Responsible for procurement of civil construction materials and project requirements, including BOQ-based sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations and project procurement.

/n

Common Candidate Profile

/n

/n

- 4–8 years of relevant procurement experience

/n

- Robust sourcing, negotiation and vendor management skills

/n

- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, facilities or institutional procurement preferred

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems

/n

- Strong analytical and coordination skills

/n
