Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery students.
- Teach basic skills such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, and simple words.
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Monitor and support childrens physical, emotional, and social development.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom discipline in a kind and patient manner.
- Organize school activities, celebrations, and events for young children.

Preferred candidate profile





- Diploma or Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education.
- Teacher Trained in Montessori
- Minimum Graduation (depending on school requirement).
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and early learning methods
- Patience and love for working with young children
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- Valuable communication skills
- Classroom management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (optional)
