- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants across various levels.
- Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in aspirant skills and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related field.
- Solid understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, etc.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
