Job Title: Vice President -O&M;
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President Opertions & Maintenance (O&M;) to lead and
manage O&M; activis for our Solar and Wind energy projects across multiple locations. The role
will be responsible for ensuring high plant performance, operational efficiency, compliance, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
> Lead and oversee O&M; operations for Solar and Wind power plants across sites.
> Ensure maximum plant availability, generation efficiency, and minimal downtime.
> Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
> Manage and guide site O&M; teams, engineers, and technicians.
> Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.




> Monitor plant performance, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
> Manage O&M; budgets, vendor contracts, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering.

• 15+ years of experience in Operations & Maintenance. •

Strong experience in Solar and Wind power plant O&M; operations.

• Proven experience in leading multi-site teams and large-scale renewable energy assets.

• Robust leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
