Role Purpose

Sits inside the development team as its built-in domain resource, so developers stop needing to route routine telecom questions through the clients business team or wait on the Senior Consultant for every clarification.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with developers to translate domain requirements - billing rules, bundle logic, provisioning workflows, partner hierarchies - into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) representing the telecom domain perspective.

- Validate that features being built match real telecom business rules - e.g. proration on mid-cycle plan changes, hardware-plus-service bundling, CSP commission tiering.

- Support root-cause analysis on production issues that need domain context to diagnose correctly.

- Document domain logic and business rules into a shared knowledge base the wider engineering team can self-serve from.

Must-Have Skills Experience

- 4-7 years combining telecom domain exposure with an IT/software delivery role - techno-functional analyst, business systems analyst, or telecom product configuration background.





- Solid grasp of subscription/recurring billing concepts, provisioning and order management, and channel/partner commission structures.

- Comfortable working directly with engineers - able to read a data model or API spec and map it to the underlying business rule.

- Working familiarity with telecom regulatory basics (data/KYC norms) as they affect product features.

Nice-to-Have

- SQL or general data-querying skills.

- Exposure to Microsoft CSP/NCE or AWS/Google marketplace mechanics.

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience; a Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar credential is a plus.

- Familiarity with how a telecom operators enterprise IT function prioritizes and evaluates platform features, from having worked adjacent to one.

Engineering Graduate with mandatory experience in the Telecom domain.
