Job Title: ServiceNow Senior AI Developer - ITSM

Experience Required: 8+ Years
Timezone - 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (Originally CET)
Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 4 Months (September 2026 - end of December 2026). Extension possible based on performance.

We are building AI-powered solutions and enterprise ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Agentic AI, and Generative AI .

Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives, including technical design, development, automation, AI-powered capabilities, testing, deployment, and support, with strong hands-on Now Assist implementation in enterprise ITSM environments.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development , delivering complex enterprise ITSM implementations
- Proven production implementation of multiple Now Assist skills , plus AI adoption and governance experience
- Robust automation experience, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, intelligent routing and approvals

- Core development expertise: Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, and integrations
- Certifications required: CSA, CAD, and Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM ( Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI certifications are a plus )




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English
