- Scrum Master (13 Years Experience)
We're looking for a proactive and open-minded Scrum Master to help Agile teams deliver quality outcomes through effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, and capacity management for realistic delivery
- Foresee potential challenges early and proactively resolve them before they impact team progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve visibility and alignment
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement
- Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and software development concepts
- Hands-on experience with sprint planning, estimation, and impediment removal
- Ability to anticipate risks and drive proactive resolution
- Open-minded and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools
- Interest in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work
